For those new to coaching, the Getting Started Coaching Programs™ offer a shorter time commitment to work on one coaching goal to determine if additional coaching will be of benefit.

Process
Program A: You and the coach define goals, measures, and expectations and meet for five one-hour teleconferences 2 times a month for 2-3 months. Email correspondence is available between meetings.

Program B: You and the coach define goals, measures, and expectations and meet for four one-hour meetings in person about 2 times a month for 2-3 months. Email correspondence is available between meetings.

Goals are limited to allow time for significant progress during the coaching period
